Scriptor Server streamlines “Open Innovation” in Brazil

Viatecla's processes and information management platform, has been gaining international clients with its newest Scriptor Server version.
The versatility for processes management and the capability of having multiple teams from different organizations working are key factors that made Scriptor Server the selected platform by the "Open Innovation" team from one of the major south America banks.
The project scope is the management of 12 Start-up projects that the bank decided to invest and support. By using Viatecla's platform, the management team will have a complete vision of each project status, in real time. They will also have progress and risk indicators, as well as all the information and communication between the several project stakeholders. 
The solution offers both a detailed, task oriented view and a more generic view using dashboards. The first allows project managers to have full details about the project tasks and status and the second gives managers an overview of the project indicators and milestores.
The platform is used by all teams: internal bank teams and each start-up teams, allowing an agile and shared management of the multiple projects running, which minimizes the risks, anticipate problems and simplifies communication.
